CODAVI only collects the information needed to answer your request and handles it in line with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

Information CODAVI collects
When you send the consultation booking, contact, event registration or newsletter form, CODAVI receives:
- Your name, email and phone number (if you provide it)
- The name of your organisation (if you provide it)
- The service, topic or event you are interested in, your preferred time and the message you write
- The time you agreed that CODAVI may use your information to contact you
- Technical information sent with each form: IP address, browser type and the page the form was sent from, used to prevent spam
How the information is used
- To get back to you, confirm appointments and answer your questions
- To manage the attendee list of the events you registered for
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed to it
CODAVI does not sell or rent your information and does not use it for any purpose other than those above.
How long it is kept
- Consultation requests, messages and event registrations: kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted
- Newsletter email addresses: kept until you unsubscribe
Who can see the information
Only CODAVI staff assigned to handle requests can see your information. It is stored on CODAVI’s hosting server and email mailbox. CODAVI does not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
Your rights and how to ask for deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@codavi.vn and include the email address you used when sending the form. CODAVI will confirm and handle your request within the time required by law.
